Budgeting and Reporting Lead

The Budgeting & Reporting Lead will be responsible for analyzing, recommending, and reporting on budgetary accounting and financial records, by reviewing and preparing budget amendments and other accounting entries in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles, policies and procedures.

Overseeing the finance, reporting, accounting, and control functions of the company, including:

1. Setting annual budgets and forecast updates,
2. External reporting & audits,
3. Management reporting, board presentations, financial analysis & commentary,
4. Working capital management,
5. Operational and financial controls.

Liaising with the business development team on customer analysis, product cost analysis and pricing, contract feasibilities and commercial term sheets for new customers.

Preparation and presentation of long-term Business plan and Quarterly forecasts

Assist with supply chain management by coordinating with commercial and procurement department for demand analysis, production capacity analysis, supplier relations and negotiating supplier terms.

Managing banking facilities including financing requirements, trade credit and negotiating financing costs.

Involve in SAP S4Hana Project - liaise with the project implementation team.

• Detailed knowledge of sound financial practice, procedures and systems.
• Previous experience as of working in Budget and reporting role.
• Experienced in working on ERP integrated system, SAP S4 HANA .
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

1. CCAB (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) - CMA- CA
2. Advance excel and PowerPoint
3. Financial modelling
