Fleet In Charge

Supervises the activities involved in the requisition of vehicles, facilities and equipment as well as parts, materials, components, technical equipment, fuels and lubricants for the repair and maintenance of all the company vehicles.

Maintain excellent rapport with Insurance company, ensure all claims and communications with insurance are done in a timely manner

Monitor leased vehicles operation, maintenance process, fuel consumption, GPS, Upper body maintenance and manufacturing and  fleet parts supplies.

Conducts research on vehicle and/or facility maintenance problems or failures; defines problems, collects and analyzes data, and draws conclusions to facilitate repair and resolve problems.

Ensures that company business standards of safety and security are met by monitoring, reviewing fleet and facility operations and equipment for adherence to company policies and local rules and regulations.

Investigates and responds to concerns and complaints ensuring that problems are resolved.

Assists in the development of short and long term fleet and facilities goals and work programs.

Prepares and maintains a variety of reports and records, worksheets, accident reports, maintenance requests, related reports, etc. as required.

Assists in budget development.

Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Mezzan Holding company assets.

Performs other duties and tasks of a similar nature or level as required.

Education/ Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

5-10 years fleet maintenance  experience preferred, or 5 years in automotive agencies maintenance field.

Effectively use of computer systems, software applications relevant to work performed, and modern business equipment to perform a variety of work tasks.

Bilingual – ability to communicate in English & Arabic

Knowledge of principles and practices of employee supervision, work planning, assignment review and evaluation, discipline and the training of staff in work procedures

Familiar with process mapping and structured problem solving.

Valid Driver’s License
