The Supply Chain Transformation Lead is responsible for coordinating transformation projects across Mezzan Holding’s supply chain, manufacturing, demand planning, and logistics functions. The role involves coordinating project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, tracking progress, and optimizing operational performance. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, to implement process improvements that support the company’s strategic goals.

  • Collaborate with senior management to define project scopes and objectives aligned with business strategy.
  • Identify and prioritize transformation opportunities within supply chain and manufacturing operations.
  • Track the approved KPIs to measure the success of supply chain projects.
  • Plan, monitor, and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across various supply chain functions.
  • Use project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana) to track project progress and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across departments.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate regular project meetings and prepare progress reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure that procurement, logistics, and manufacturing are aligned with project schedules.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure clarity and alignment on goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for each phase of the project.

المهارات

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain management or transformation roles, with a focus on manufacturing and logistics.
  • Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
  • Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills.
  • Experience with supply chain process improvement initiatives and change management.
