Job Description
- Oversees the dining room service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Supervising, directing, and coordinating all server's tasks and managing the overall dining room staff as well as monitoring their work to ensure that they meet the highest quality standards.
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they receive attentive, high-quality service throughout their dining experience
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain expert knowledge of the menu, specials, and allergens to provide accurate recommendations
- Allocate tasks and table sections to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with training new staff in service standards, procedures, and customer service
- Ensure dining room setup, cleanliness, and presentation meet company standards
- Monitor food and beverage delivery for accuracy, timing, and presentation
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain efficient workflow
- Oversee table turnover and room flow during busy periods
- Support compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Skills
- Associate Degree Two (2) years’ Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management or Hospitality
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a head waiter.
- Good English communication (speaking and writing).
- Age between 25-40 years.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Professional appearance.
