Job Description
To provide commercial and customer support by managing customer communication, export documentation, order and shipment follow-up, forecasting, invoicing, and related commercial reporting activities.
Tactical
Support in identifying and developing new market requirements.
Support price indexing activities.
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with customers.
Follow up on market reports and relevant commercial requirements.
Operational (Core)
Manage timely customer correspondence through phone and email.
Maintain export customer files and related communications.
Follow up with customers on forecasts and update forecasting in the system.
Follow up on customer orders and delivery requirements.
Follow up on advance payments and Letters of Credit (LCs) with customers and coordinate closely with Accounts.
Prepare and revise Proforma Invoices (PIs).
Follow up with customers for confirmation of PIs.
Verify export shipment documents and obtain the required approvals from customers and the Commercial Director.
Follow up on shipment dispatch and customer delivery.
Review and process customer claims.
Operational (General)
Maintain PI files.
Maintain price list files.
Prepare reports on commercial sales performance.
Ensure compliance with ISO and Mezzan Commercial Sales procedures.
Monitor and support the Customer Satisfaction Index.
Skills
Technical Skills
MS Office proficiency.
Good documentation and record-maintenance practices.
Understanding of commercial/export administration processes.
Ability to read, write and understand Arabic (mandatory requirement)
