Job Description
Brand visibility
1. Follow assigned route and scheduled visits as per route instructions
2. Ensure contracted customers are following visibility contract requirements
3. Maintain POSM assigned on the route including ensuring stock rotation on both warm and cold shelves
4. Maintain and increase visibility within each outlet including working to increase purchase points
5. Communicate opportunities available within outlets to supervisor for follow up
6. Update supervisor regularly on any competitor promotions which may detract from Unitra/METS brand visibility and/or sales
7.Ensure stock availability on and off shelf locations
8. Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
Reporting
1. Submission of monthly report of merchandising including photos of POSM
2. Submission of monthly visibility report for both Red Bull and METS
3.Reporting on market dynamics and competitor’s activity
4. Maintain records of POSM assigned on the route.
Skills
1. Good knowledge of FMCG market including specifically Retail stores and products.
2.Should have valid UAE driving license
3.Minimum high school or college, 2 + years experience
within FMCG market.
