Job Description
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities including forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, inventory, logistics, and distribution to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across all supply chain functions.
- Lead, develop, and motivate supply chain teams to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of engagement and productivity.
- Communications & working relationships with Fleet Leasing Company, Customs Clearance Company, Transporters, Suppliers for RM &PM, Brand Principals
Skills
- A degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, along with a Master's and certifications in logistics or supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, Six Sigma), would be an added advantage.
- Minimum Experience - 10 Years
- Leadership, Analytical, ERP, Operations, supply & Demand Planning, Fleet Management, Customs clearance, Facility Management
- Language preference English is a must, Hindi or Arabic
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization, vendor management, & proficiency in ERP systems
- Must have excellency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
